A really good looking tool, I can’t see any makers marks other than a number 4 on the rear of the ebony arm that is 10 1/2” long, it has a lovely brass end on the arm, the slitting cutter is held in place with a half moon shaped wedge that could be a giveaway of the maker being Mathieson? Some indents on the arm where the oval stock has been locked into position with the screw. A truly nice cabinet makers tool.
