A wonderful looking little hefty side axe, stamped by the maker BERNARD and also other wording that is hard to read, almost 2kg in weight and holding an 8” long edge, a little movement through drying of the head to the shaft, some drying out shakes and treated worm holes, a nice feel in the hand.
