Made in Germany by “JUNKER & RUH” the machine has come from a collector of sewing machines who has fully stripped and cleaned the parts and mounted the machine onto an oak plinth base. The machine has been painted in a post box red colour to a high standard, I’ve been advised that the needle is not original and the bobbin and the shaft where turned on a lathe to match what would have been like original. I have not and cannot confirm machine works although anyone in the know would probably be able to set this up and use if they wished. These machines where made from late nineteenth century through to the 1950s.
