Morse,s patent twist drills stand

This lovely little drill stand measures 45mm high, the base diameter is 85mm and the top of the stand is 55mm, it has stamped of face MORSE,s and patent twist drills, never seen another one so would think there’s not many around, collectable little thing that can be used for what it is or even a paper weight, good talking point.
