Patented brass dovetail setting out template marker. (39340)

A brass dovetail setting out tool, I’m unsure as to whom the maker was, it’s stamped with a patent number of 29191. It spans out to approx 13” across. Some tarnishing markings from the steel joint pins although moving easily. A super tool for the cabinetmaker.
