A very nice clean screw-stem plough plane made by R. Fairclough who traded at 93 Byron Street, Liverpool, the screw stems are virtually knock free, a couple of drying shakes on the tightening nuts, has ex owners name stamps in a couple of places, minor wear on front nose, there are seven Thos Ibbotson & Co Sheffield cutters with only the number 7 cutter missing. Plane is good enough to show, and could easily still be put back into use.
