As far as I can see only two missing parts one is the retaining piece of wood that slides across top of box to keep the plane in place and possibly the cutter box lid? All other parts are complete even has original screwdriver. Slitting cutter is there although requires de rusting, some discolouration but will easily clean up given some time.all cutters are present and little used.
