A majority of these planes never lasted the test of time, this plane dated 1919 is in great condition, it’s numbered #137 W on the rear end and Atkin & Sons Birmingham Warranted 1919 on the front nose with the horseshoe logo, on the stock of the plane it is stamped “Guaranteed well seasoned English beechwood” the plane measures 22” in length by 3 5/16” wide it holds the original and clean steel iron that is stamped by maker that is 2 1/2” in width, a true lily great plane.
