A very scarce 12” level with two LIverpool liverbirds stamped one either side of the vial, the bubble is working and neatly inscribed around each Liverbird are the initials HLCC, have been informed that the clerk of works the “Housing LIverpool City Council used this when checking off works for the housing department.it measures 12” long by 1 1/8” high by 1 3/16” width. The brass has discoloured with age adding to its charm, I dare say you will not come across another level with this Liverbird detail could be a one off.
