Antique / Architectural Church Stone Baptism Font

This font stands at 106cm or 41” tall the base size is 54cm or 21” across and the widest size of the font measures 61cm or 24” across, it is made in three pieces, base pedestal the main stone bowl and the lid, extremely heavy and requires three people to lift the main bowl due to its weight and size.
The font came out of St Catherine’s Church on Abergele Road in Old Colwyn, North Wales, the Church was built in 1837 and was built from local limestone and the font is probably the same limestone and has a marble lid.
