Lovely clean steel head, holding a sharp single bevel edge, big 2 1/2” bulbous handle head, you can see why they had this feature when you hold the axe it has a great balance to it, some beetle holes that are treated. Head is loose and if for use would need someone who can fit a good wedge as the shaft end needs attention. Great show piece.
