I’ve never seen a tool like this nor can I find out any reference, there’s no makers mark although under the hammer head there could have once been a stamp? It’s so well engineered it would of been a special tool of its time. The handle of the drill mechanism locks in place so it can be used as hammer and possibly screwdriver but these tools are missing and would of been housed within the handle that has a cap that unscrews. By pulling a button the drill head can be removed. Measuring 10” in full length. One for the collectors is this.
