I would say this gouge has never been used and looking at the edge certainly hasn’t been honed, the boxwood handle is also new and never been fitted, it’s a shallow gouge with a sweep of #3 The length up to the start of the crank measures 8”. A very nice and crisp makers stamp with the mr. punch logo.
