A very nicely made mahogany oil stone box, there is a smooth Indian stone inside but you could fit any 8” x 2” stone. It has a nice cock beading detail around the box lid, the base has a nice Cupid bow shaped with steel pins for knocking onto bench to stop movement, the base has a date 1952. A great looking box.
