A nice patented chrome plated pipe cutter made in the USA by Imperial Brass Chicago. The cutting wheel is sharp and rotates smoothly and adjusts by the end wheel that is moving easily too. It cuts up to 3/4” pipe, at opposite end of tool is a steel wedge that would open up the pipe, this could either be used or a nice display tool.
