A good solid plane that has been used, there is some wear to top of front bun, nothing serious, also at sometime it has had a repair to the spur of the handle, it’s very well done good joint stands out due to the colouring. Steelwork is clean the width of the plane measures 2 13/16” and the iron made by Johnson Sheffield measures 2 1/2” width, the cap iron is stamped Spiers #26 and the infill behind where iron sits stamped #26. A good hefty weight to the plane, that has years of life left in it.
