It’s very seldom that these planes come on the market for sale, this one came from an estate of the ex owners tools who has more than likely owned the plane from new. he was a cabinetmaker and his name is stamped neatly into the rosewood handle, everything on the plane is original, the plane dates to 1920s the sole is 20” in length, there’s some very light pitting to steelwork but nothing to be worried about, a truly stunner of a lovely plane.
