Full length measuring 23” with a blade of 17”. The steel has discoloured through age and mild pitting marks, should clean much better and hold a sharp edge. The handle is scaled oak? The makers mark of MARTIDALE is just about visible in the steel. The company supplied the British military with these machetes during WW2.
