2 Number double ended all steel wood turning lathe tools. (40961)

Two number alll steel double ended Woodturning tools. Measuring 17” in full length, so four tools in total, there are no makers marks I can see although steel has dulled. Both tools have the same profile ends one is 7/16” in width the other being 5/8” width. Chisel ends have nicks so will require a sharpening.
