Vintage Decorators SKARSTEN Hook Scraper. (41095)

A vintage tool from 1950s. The head is reversable and has two cutting edges  62mm and 80mm, both hooks are present and hold good edges. Tool working as it should by turning the beech wooden knob it releases the steel face to rotate. Great useful tool.
