A beautifully constructed plane, it had dovetailed steel and rosewood infills that look gorgeous. The bronze lever is stamped NORRIS #1 LONDON. THE SOLE MEASURES 13 1/2” length by 2 7/8” width, it I’d a SORBY 2 1/2” parallel iron and Norris cap iron. The iron sits perfectly in the plane and has been honed super sharp, the handle grip feels great when holding in a working position with a fantastic front bun.
