JM Silver marked Ladies fruit knife. (37366)

A ladies fruit knife that may need some attention, it looks as if the top rivet on the scales requires making tighter as the knife blade does not lock straight and moves further that in the straight position. Good points is that the 1.3/4” blade is highly decorated and the hallmark of JM within a shield that I cannot identify although lots of JM silver marks but not inside a shield that I can find,  nicely decorated mother of pearl scales on handle, 2.1/2” when closed up.
