SPIERS AYR 1” Dovetailed Steel Shoulder Plane. (43168)

A fantastic all original shoulder plane. The wedge, iron and under wedge infill are stamped #8. The infills are ebony and in good order although a crack across where the iron sits. Ex owners name on top infill, both sides of wedge and across makers stamp on the nose, this is a nice plane measuring 1” width and 8” long. The mouth is super tight and iron sits well.
