STANLEY #18 Knuckle Joint Plane. (37209)

An early model STANLEY knuckle joint plane, the lever cap has patent date of DEC.28.86. There are four patent dates on the lateral adjustment lever last one being 8.3.97, has much of original black paintwork intact, letter “S” on bottom of adjustable mouth front piece also on the base of plane and under lever cap. Iron stamped STANLEY RULE & LEVEL. a very good clean plane.
