Stunning Horn Handled multitool with 7 bits. (43506)

What a stunning example of a multitool this is, we have never seen one with the body made from animal horn. The threads are free from any chips and connect together tightly. There are seven tools contained within the handle all being clean steel, remarkably I don’t see any marks of who could have made this? Something much different from the normal.
