TERRY,s Tempered Steel Miniature Spanner Set. (17484)

A nice miniature spanner set, they measure 3 1/4” long x 4 Spanners, stamped on the main biggest spanner reads TERRYS TEMPERED STEEL, REG No 526515. They open out nicely on the rivet. I cannot see any sizes but across flats measure 11mm,  10mm,  9mm, and 8mm
