Very Rare SPIERS No:11 Dovetailed Steel Bullnose Plane. (42673)

A very rare plane, these dovetailed steel planes are harder to come across to the cast models. This has all original parts that are each stamped #6. The wedge shows light chipped wear to underside. The iron stamped by the maker. The rear infill has a crack that could possibly be glued as it shows where the iron sits also. “SPIERS AYR” stamped on top of front nose, a nice collectors piece.
