Vintage 1/8” Sash Mortice Chisel. (19200)

A great clean steel sash Mortice chisel, lovely ash wood handle, in the steel is A.JACK this could be an ex owner or short for a makers stamp? I would think an owner would have stamped the handle? Overall length measuring just over 9” long, has a sharp edge.
