Vintage named 2 Blade Pocket Knife. (42724)

A nice horn scaled handle pocket knife holding two blades the longest measuring 2.3/8” whilst the shorter measures 1.5/8” both of the blades have good spring action, the longer has a stamp that I cannot make out with the number #2354 on the other side, a nice all round pocket knife.
