Refunds & Returns Policy
At Old School Tools, we take pride in the character and authenticity of every item we offer. Due to the unique and often vintage nature of our products, we ask that you read the following carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Because many of our tools are one-of-a-kind vintage or pre-owned items, we do not generally accept returns unless an item is significantly not as described.
If you believe you’ve received an item that does not match the description or images on our site, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:

The item is faulty, damaged during delivery, or not as described.

You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item is returned to us in the same condition it was received.
Please note:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or general wear consistent with the age and use of vintage items.

Custom or refurbished items may be exempt from return unless faulty.
How to Request a Refund

Contact us at gary@oldschooltools.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Photographs are helpful.

If a return is agreed upon, we will provide return instructions and a return address.

Once we receive the item and verify the issue, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or misrepresented item), we will cover return postage costs.

If the return is not due to an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund once issued.
