A nice smaller and lighter French made axe, it weighs 600grams, the edge measures 2.7/8” across the width and has a double bevel that is nicely ground holding a good edge, the shaft measures 12.1/4” in full length and solid onto the head, shaft has a nice curve along its length, ideal for carving work.
