Stunning French Flag Froe Head. (34932)

The froe is stamped but I cannot fathom out what it says. The blacksmith who has made this has done a stunning job with detailed work. The edge is 10” in length and the froe tip has a nice waved shape,  the socket is solid ready for someone to add their own shaft.
