16” Long French Billhook. (26300)

Another tool that has come into us from France, there is a stamp on the pitted steel but I cannot make out what it reads but have photographed it both ways up to see if it helps anyone? It is well made with a copper hoop on end of handle, and would say will hold a sharp edge given some honing.
