14” WISS inlaid Tailors Shears. (36098)

A stunning pair of vintage right handed tailors shears with inlaid cutting blades that are very sharp. 14” in full length the blades measure  8”, the brass coloured braze I think is not a repair but just covering a defect in the cast, there’s certainly no break. Lovely colouring to the steel, the captive nut has some writing that I can not make out.
