Un-used 34” W. GILPIN #2 Shipwrights Adze. (38448)

Stamped W. GILPIN 1971 No.2 on the underside of the adze with the military crows foot logo. I would say this tools never had any use, the shaft is very nice to with some numbers and again military logo. The adze 3.3/4” edge is very good and looks un honed although sharp how it is. The poll certainly has had no use, hard to find such a nice tool. From poll end to cutting edge measures 12.3/8”.
