PRESTON #1243 9” inch narrow ebony level. (36561)

Most definitely made by “PRESTON” although unmarked?  (I think I can see the very faint stamp) shown it their catalogue as the model #1243. Nine inches long it also has faint stamps of improved warranted correct and John Webber High Street Exeter this being the tool merchant. A nice working level.
