A rare and stunning 9” level, stamped by the maker A. Mathieson & Sons Glasgow Saracen tool works, and on opposite end of brass face is Warranted 77C proved tubes, the dial has a slide protection cover that moves across the bubble when not in use. A very nice and rare level.
