stunning 18” MARPLES Ebony & Brass Cabinetmakers Set Square. (40713)

A very rare to find square, it still has partial MARPLES HIBERNIA label on the ebony wooden stock. The steel although dull looking is clean and coloured nice with age, on the stock is the brass panel lug so as to stop the square tilting whist setting out. The steel edge is 18” long from inside edge of stock and 21” full outer length. These don’t come to the market often and a nice piece for any wood shop.
