A huge pair of tailors or dressmakers shears, right handed. The steel is clean with both edges sharp, there’s no play in the knuckle at all. Overall length a huge 15.1/2” long, the improved lined blades are 8” long. There’s another number etched of 174 over 219. Should this mean anything. You would need a big hand span to fully open these.
